Threading
To ensure the perfect fit of your parts, threading is one of HEMA’s unique selling propositions. Depending on the production requirements, we rely on different processes (flat-die process, roll-to-roll, roll-segment).
Cutting
Grooves, sharp edges, or cross holes: Not all geometries or details can be (exclusively) produced by cold massive forming. Where necessary, we can also bring parts to perfection by further cutting processes (milling, turning, drilling).
