When Hans Hermann<\/strong> founded the company almost 75 years ago, it consisted of a single workshop. This turned into a factory, and the production of simple standard parts was transformed to ever more sophisticated screws and cold-formed parts.
The second generation took over in 1989 with Erwin Hermann<\/strong>. He shaped the destinies of the company with courage and vision for decades and also in difficult times. Increasing complexity, wider fields of application, customers all over the world – under his leadership HEMA developed into what the company is today: One of the market leaders<\/strong> for high-quality fastening elements and cold-extrusion parts. A healthy, strong medium-sized company<\/strong>. And a major employer<\/strong> in the area. Since 2021, HEMA Umformtechnik has been part of the Keller & Kalmbach group but remains true to its tradition as a deeply-rooted family company. And to its self-conception as a leading company for cold massive forming:
